 Help! Need "A" key for 1929 Selmer Brevette!

I have a 1929 Selmer Brevette that is missing its "A" key. My local shop didn't know where to get one. Anyone have any ideas?

If you are stuck, then any reasonably equiped and skilled technician can make a key, or adapt one from another brand. Don't expect it to be cheap though.
