Beth,

The information by the owner is accurate. The master model plays very much like an R-13. I believe the master model is actually an R-13, except the wood body has some minor flaw. The master model is somewhat comparable to the current E-13 models. In my opinion the master model is closer to a pro model, than an intermediate model. It is definitely way above a student model.

About two years ago, I also started playing again after a long layoff. I found my master model in a pawn shop for $60, and had it completely overhauled. Turned out to be one the best finds I ever made. The clarinet looks and plays beautifully.

By the way, how much does the owner want for it?
