Another Walker CD in the Works

Hi,

I have been communiating with John Walker recently; he is the person that has recently done the CD of accompaniments for the Rose Studies. When I asked him about anything else he is planning he said (and I have his permission to reveal this little gem), he said that he currently working on accompaniments for the Ferling 48 Studies for Oboe and Saxophone. This addition to the literature should be out next summer.

Walker said he is working on accompaniments in three different keys so it looks like you will be able to use the Ferling in many ways. I currently play the studies on clarinet, alto, and flute anyhow.

Who said nothing much happens in South Dakota :-).

Yeh, I hear there's an interesting Senate race going on there right now. Or is that in North Dakota?
