I've finally diagnosed my tonguing problem! (Tongue on top of reed)

It took me a long time to figure this out, but the biggest problem with my articulation is as follows:

My tongue is touching the reed so that it is on TOP of the reed, meaning when I articulate, the tip of my tongue is going OVER the tip of the reed. Looks somewhat like this: T <---where the vertical line of the T is the reed and the horizontal line is my tongue when I articulate (obviously not as far past the reed as shown by the T).

This may be confusing to some, but is probably the best way I can describe it right now. (I'm also fairly tired, it's late.)

So, as a result of this, I cannot tongue very quickly. I get a fuzzy tonguing sound that even SOUNDS incorrect and is not very crisp or clean.

I've tried putting more mouthpiece in my mouth, but this is difficult due to tooth that is somewhat behind me two top front teeth, obstructing me from doing so.

Any suggestions or advice? Anything would be helpful, I really want to fix this.

Follow Ken Shaw's advice, and you'll NEVER go wrong!
