Looking for hard-to-find clarinet book...

Hello all!

I'm on the search of where I can buy a little book called "The Clarinetist's Bedside Book" by Paul Harvey; it's published by Fentone Music LDT in the UK. Does anyone know where I might be able to find somewhere to get this little book in the US, or any retailer for that matter?

A google search on the title shows that Vandoren lists it for sale on p. 6 of their catalog. http://www.vandoren.com/sheetmus/clarcatengl.pdf
