I am thinking about playing the concert band arrangement by David Bennett, but as usual with military bands, the solo clarinet part is missing. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the part? Can I get a copy of it from the ICA library if I'm not a member? Thanks for any help.

I don't know about the part, but if you are not a member of ICA (International Clarinet Association), why not join? The magazine, The Clarinetist, contains so much valuable information it is, IMHO, a "must" for every serious clarinetist--even for a "know-it-all" such as myself! ICA membership is highly recommended.
Sorry I can't help with your part need--however, good luck.

Nope. A benefit only for ICA members or UMD students. See William's post

Thanks guys! I keep telling myself I need to join, but living apart from my family because of the military puts a damper on spending right now! I will soon though.
