pushing foreign objects into tone holes is a good way to tear pads, or chip or break the lip of the tone hole. dont do that. ever.

take it to a professional repair shop. lets hope its something simple, like a popped spring, and not a bent key, broken tone hole, or torn pads. there is no way that can be accurately diagnosed on this board, we'd have to see it to see what actually happened.

then find a good private teacher to teach you how to care for this precision instrument.

and quit pushing and pulling and polking around with sticks, tshirts, and screwdrivers, you'll destroy the instrument that way.
