It's called 'Exquisite Corpse' and written by Anders Hillborg. Anders Hillborg is one of 4-5 Swedish composers today who are internationally well-known.

Besides what's written in the notes on the link below it's hard to describe with words. The soft opening is quite difficult since the B flats travelling between the high winds and the violins have to be performed with exactly pure intonation or the effect is lost. The same goes for the following minor seconds. Everything has to be without interference but absolutely still. Tempo in the beginning is 50bpm and accelerates soon up to 150bpm. This happens twice.
In one section it has quick passages that are taken over from one player to the other and this demands severe concentration.
Later on it has quotations from Stravinsky and Sibelius behind a curtain of strings. The end is a shiny revelation like spherical motif in the upper strings that stops very suddenly, like waking up from a beautiful dream and the room is silent.

It's a demanding piece in every sense of the word but very fun to play. Things are difficult but not impossible to play. It's one of the better new pieces for orchestra that I have played. Like his 'Liquid Marble' this piece is going to send echo over the world.
