 Ab adjustment screw
Author: Avie

I had to back off the Ab adjustment screw on my R13 completely below the tapped hole in the pivot arm itself in order to allow the Ab pad to seat firmly. I am aware that as the Ab pad is decreasing in thickness and I will eventually have to install a thicker Ab pad in order to allow the pad to seat properly and to readjust the screw to suit. I am not yet having any problem with the throat tones to speak of. I didnt want to do any bending but the adjustment screw is worthless at this point. Is there any suggestions for an easy fix or should I wait until I start having tone problems and eventually take it in for a repadding?
