Prior to 1928 Buffet serial numbers always had a letter in it. Your clarinets were likely made in 1928. Given the doughnut key your instruments are likely Buffet. I know of no other manufacturer who made doughnut key clarinets. There is a really good discussion on this BB on how you tell if an old clarinet is a Buffet, I can't find it at the moment but it's here someplace.
The barrels on my 1919/1920 Buffets Bb/A are both 67.5, however, the A plays terribly with it's barrel. I use it with a no name barrel of 66.4 mm
