I have a pair of Vintage Clarinets marked Carl Fischer.The serial number of the clarinets say 1XX, 2XX.Both are stamped 'Made in France' in the lower joint.But the clarinet has no Buffet logo.So are the clarinets still made by Buffet or is it by some other company contracted by Carl Fischer?

Over the period of time that Carl Fischer was the importer of Buffet, sometimes it had a Buffet logo and sometimes it didn't. The contract varied over time.
Made in France supports the hypothesis that these are Buffets but nothing is 100% certain.
I know that in the 1940s, Carl Fischer was also distributors for the American company G. Pruefer. However these would not have been stamped Made in France.
A helpful exercise is to compare the shape of the keywork in detail with known Buffets of that time frame. Pay special attention to the shape of the banana keys (also called sliver keys). This can be distinctive in some brands.
However if they play well and were well made, I wouldn't worry about the brand.

I have a Buffet A clarinet made in the '30's that has the
Buffet logo and C. Fischer New York made in France with
including LP (low pitch) on the bell. The Buffet logo is on
the upper and lower joints with the serial # on the latter
only. Good luck with your trace.

Please help
1.The clarinets have wrap around register keys.
2.They also have donut keys.
3.There is only 1 rod post for the E/B and F/C side levers.
4.There is a ring instead of just the wood on the C/G key.
5.There is a mark 'LP' on the barrels and bells.
6.The A clarinet barrel should be 70mm and the Bb should be 68.

Prior to 1928 Buffet serial numbers always had a letter in it. Your clarinets were likely made in 1928. Given the doughnut key your instruments are likely Buffet. I know of no other manufacturer who made doughnut key clarinets. There is a really good discussion on this BB on how you tell if an old clarinet is a Buffet, I can't find it at the moment but it's here someplace.
The barrels on my 1919/1920 Buffets Bb/A are both 67.5, however, the A plays terribly with it's barrel. I use it with a no name barrel of 66.4 mm

According to both the Lars Kimmer Music Trader and the Buffet site, these instruments would be 1928. That fits with the description.
