I have an old clarinet that I overhauled for my own experience and I wanted to donate the clarinet to my teachers kids at her school as a spare or less fortunate student. Problem is, I need a new case for it. The old one is musty and falling apart. I don't want to pay the money for a new case as the case would be more valuable than the clarinet. Anyone have ideas where to get a case extremly cheap or free? I checked E-bay but most cheap cases come with old clarinets.. I really just want the case.
Thanks
Tony

If you just want the case from ebay, I'll gladly take the old clarinet (for Frankenstein-esque experiments) and help defer some of the cost.

Sometimes you can get used cases from a repair tech or instrument store.

FYI,
For FUTURE references, I found my case on Ebay for ten bucks (and four dollars shipping). It's the case to one of those cheap horrible clarinets, but the case works fine. But looks like Dave S is willing to help you out.
