The R-13 Prestige and Festival have it as standard. I believe the RC Prestige has it as well.
For the standard R-13 and RC it can be special ordered as an option.
Can't say for others in the Buffet line.

Yup. THe "prestige" means it has that alternate Eb lever.

The new Toscas have one, as well as an interesting additional low F key, that elimates the flatness when this note is played ff.
Personally, only the Tosca works for me, on all the other Buffet models I bump into the extra key. On the Tosca, it's placed slightly differently.

According to a Buffet brochure I have in front of me right now, the Eb lever is standard on:
Elite
R13 Prestige
Festival
Vintage
RC Prestige (Bb/A)
It is an option on:
R13 (Bb/A)
RC (Bb/A)
B12
E10
E11 (Bb/A)
E13 (Bb)
The brochure is too old to include the Tosca - but does mention The Music Group so not very old.
So has anyone ever seen a B12 with an Eb Lever?

Buffet Vintage I've seen didn't have the Eb lever.
An hour ago a Buffet Vintage was sold on eBay didn't have the Eb lever either. Judging just by that, I don't think the Eb lever is standard on Buffet Vintage.

Vytas - I think you're right. The table in the Buffet brochure says the Vintage has an Eb lever as standard. Both pictures of the Vintage, however, show instruments without it. And in fact the pictures of the Elite also show instruments that appear to lack it.

I had an opportunity to try a vintage R13 today. It did not have an alternate Eb key.
