MI importers, music publishers; 1905 established by the brothers Jacob Carl (<i>b</i> 14 August 1877; <i>d</i> 26 December 1961) and Rudolph G. (<i>b</i> Breitenbach 6 September 1879, <i>d</i> 21 January 1954); 1931 first generation sons, Carl R. and Walter E. became partners. Trade names employed include 'Fort Pitt', 'Paragon', 'Pitt American', 'Top Notch'.
