Remember the 3rd Movement of the Pleyel B-Flat Concerto?
Well, something similar here. Not clarinet related, but I was wondering if anybody knows the title of this violin tune. I heard somebody practice it, and it just stuck in my ear. So, to the best of my ability, I wrote it out and put it into MIDI and would like to ask anybody if they can identify it:

Not having too much knowledge of violin repertoire, it could be another unknown composition by a 'no-name' composer, or it could be a centerpiece of literature. (I'm hoping it's the former, cause it's always more fun to find some attractive but unknown tunes, such as I did with the Pleyel concerto).
Thanks Guys

No idea, but synthesized violins sound not quite as bad as hurdy-gurdys IMHO

Sounds like "Little Brown Jug" with a few notes changed, played on what Peter Schickele calls "the authentic instrument" -- the synthysizer he bangs stuff out on.

Their charm is in their utter failure to even attempt to make a pretty sound. In a demented way, I like the unabashed self-righteous belches. Synthesized strings, on the other hand, pretend to be something they're not.
I suppose I just have a penchant for funky acoustic sounds.
That tune, btw, may even be a snippet of an unknown etude, or the violinist may even have just been doodling.

That is not a real violinist ... I'd bet my few remaining head hairs on the fact that it's a synthesized one ...
