I need some Greek folk music to engage my Alberts with and would like a recommendation and where to find the music.

Get a good cd of the music and learn it by ear. That's the way the "locals" do it.
If that is prohibited by time constraints, there is a collection of international folk tunes called "The Pinewoods International Collection." It does have some Greek tunes, although the ones there that I know are really hard to figure out from the notes, so a recording would help you there too.
One of my favorite Greek clarinet recordings is by James Stoyanoff. He's based in Chicago, and the cd is called "Return to Our Roots." It's a nice collection of relatively familiar Greek numbers with a hot back up band as well. It should be relatively easy to find online.

p.s. If there are any Greek bands near you, lessons are also good. Also check out the East European Folklife Center at http://www.eefc.org for their Balkan Camp workshops. Really helpful stuff.
