Although after further attempts at navigation yielding no information and the fact that the page is titled "mock4" I'm beginning to wonder if I just happened to catch a 'test run' of it . . . Hmmmmmmmm. I guess (hope/request) that Mark pop in and let us know what's up and when it will be fully functional then.
In the event that it isn't MY computer and I DID happen to catch a trial run, I'm sorry to have gotten anyone's hopes up.

PS - I'm now seeing conflicting dates on the board. July 21 - 25th in big bold letters, and 9 - 13 underneath in what appears to be a footer. Since I think that was the date of LAST years clarinetfest I want to check with someone to make sure that I have a correct date. That way I know what to request off through my new job and they don't get upset for me requesting certain dates, and then having to change them. Thanks.

Clarinetfest.org is out of my hands completely, so I can't tell you what's going on with that site. As it is I don't think it should have gone up yet.

Sorry Mark. I thought you were putting it up. Well, in any event, people can download the registration form right now. I have mine. Now if only I could get the money to send it in . . .

As of 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 14, there is a clarinetfest site operating, and the link above works. I don't think it's complete yet, but the site is up.

It is nice to finally see some info about it, but I agree with Mark....many links are still incomplete. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

I know the person in charge of clarinetfest personally. She's cooool!
But who is in charge of the site, I wonder?
LOL! I read the housing for dorms on campus. They are sticking everyone in the suites, which are over 20 minutes walk across campus to CSPAC (Where it will be). And they aren't all that nice, or newly renovated! Sorry, had to vent. lol

Is it my imagination, or is ClarinetFest attendance exorbitantly expensive (especially for exhibitors)? Now that I've seen the costs, I'm thinking of not attending at all, and my idea of having a small booth looks to be out of the question.........

Your imagination. It's very, very reasonable - $400 for a booth is about as cheap as I've ever seen for a festival or show, including 2 all-events passes.

Dave....with your reputation you don't need a booth.....just circulate with a big name tag

Or if you can get a hold of a van you can set up a 'bootleg' booth in the parking lot. I can see it now . . . brown and rusty with tinted windows, a 'shady' character coming up to you saying, "Hey. You ever thought about finding out what a well overhauled horn will do for you? Step into my 'office' . . . "
