(Previously posted on the Ethnic Clarinet BB.)
I discovered Nano Peylet, a fine klezmer clarinetist, in a French film called Cours Toujours (Dad on the Run). The film is quite good, but the music is terrific.
A search on this board produced no information, but Google revealed an extensive discography for Peylet.
Anyone familiar with this fine artist?

Perhaps this is exact, Henry...
but let us not dwell on minutiae.

Knowing nothing about Nano Peylet, I dropped in to find out. Looks like Mike asked an honest civil question. Then, reading the replies I wonder why such negative responses? Is Klezmer somehow beneath consideration by some BB "Regulars" ? Is Nano Peylet not a nice person? Being relatively unskilled and unschooled in the finer points of Clarinet Who's Who, I thought this thread might be informative :\
Or is this hick just too nono-dense to get it?
