Just looking through ebay and found a Leblanc LL...seller says it was purchased in 1965. Appraised at $12,000 !!!! Starting bid is $8,000 !!!
Uh....I have an LL that I'll "let go" for half that.....any takers?

If I bought that LeBlanc, my wifes suspitions would finally be confirmed--my common sense has completely gone to LL.

The value of old items may depend on the provenance, y'know. Maybe this one would be worth $12,000 if it could be proved that Benny Goodman played it....

By Golly, GBK, TKS for the site, I had my sound off, when I saw Disney, I said, its gotta be "When I wish ----. Sure enough! I'll bet the seller just "bore-down" on the 0, Scotch/Bourbon, etc. Lots of us Leblanc'ers would part with our Valentines [cls that is] for that cash!! WOW, Don
Thanx, Mark, Don

Wow! I always thought I would keep my old Leblanc the rest of of it's life. So I won't take any less than... let's say $10,000.00. I'm not greedy!

The same seller currently has 50 acres of land (with a cabin included) for sale on eBay for $285,000.
Perhaps he would throw in the clarinet for nothing if you buy the land...GBK (who, for the right price, might have a bridge for sale)

What a bargain!! I've seen many "Mountain View" sites in eastern Colorado on sale for less!, look before leaping. Someone, B F ??, P T B ?? said "A fool and his money are soon parted" and "Theres a sucker born every minute" . I have to keep reminding myself of this wisdom. Don
Thanx, Mark, Don

And I thought the one that went for $410 on Feb. 12 was over priced compared to the ones that went for $355 and $200 on Feb. 1 and 3.

What bothers me is that there is very little description or picture with the ad.
