 The Orchestral Clarinetist
Author: SomethingCopland

Hey Everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge of orchestralclarinetist.com and why it was permanently shut down. Is music now so poorly funded that we can't maintain simple sites on the internet?
Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows good recordings of the following pieces:

Copland Concerto
Bucolique by Bozza

Also, has Julian Bliss put out any recordings yet?

Thanks,
MGDM

The Copland Concerto was dedicated to Benny Goodman, and his recording is excellent.

IMHO, Bill Blount's is even better.

I also love Gary Gray's version.

Best regards.

Hey, Thanks a great deal for the recordings, Ken, That's a real help. I love Benny's version, and I'll check out the other two.
Alo marvelousl 2, Um, They are
Dagon, Chodacki, Neidich, Nuccio, and Ardan, respectively, you know, clarinetists.

Is it just me or are all these questions ones that could be answered quickly with simple searches?
