I just wanna know what's the main difference between a Buffet RC and a R13...Is it true that the latter tends to be made to play sharper? Please help! Thanks in advance.

The former can be made to play sharper -- the RC comes pitched at 442 and 440 Hz.
The RC bore is different, has a differently shaped bell bore (more boxlike, I understand), and has a brighter tone than the R-13.
The Buffet experts here can fill in more blanks and/or correct any misinformation I've given, or you can search for past similar topics.

No misinformation, there.
Search "Buffet RC" under Google (or any other search engine) and find scads of info about both - much of it marketing hype.
I think the RC design tunes better, with less spread between the 12ths.
If the "egg-shaped bore in the bell" makes a real difference in sound, I wonder why it isn't on all Buffet models.
I would exercise caution in paying a premium for any "Prestige" branded models - if the standard model plays as well, that little sticker is expensive!
Search also "European tuning" or "American tuning" for discussions of A=440 Hz versus A=442 Hz
There is a SEARCH function at the top of this page for your use.
