bought a new mouthpiece from Music123.com and it turned out to be used. Ligature marks on side and tooth mark on top.

That's horrible. I mean, I expect a good amount of mouthpieces to be used (seeing as there is a cleaning and reshelving fee) but this one shouldn't be there! Clearly not pristine condition and they shouldn't have accepted it back! GBK, you have stop pulling your strings and letting music stores allow you to get away with stuff! Poor bob and others are going to suffer!

Guess all the bad deals are not on eBay. I recently had two incorrect mouthpieces shipped to me from one of the most reputable woodwind houses.....in succession.....an incorrect one replacing the original incorrect one. No explanation ever proferred.

Just like many businesses out there, Music 123 has many people working for them. Some of them are more careful than others! This of course happens with most concerns. By and large, one person can make a difference!
