how do u adjust the spring tension on the lower joint right hand pinky keys thanx

It is only on the odd brand that this can be done with the keys on the instrument.
I take it you mean the F/C & D#/G# keys, while the keys are off, bend the springs (curved is best) towards the right (with instrument in playing position).
Next, place the keys in position. Then WHILE THE KEYS ARE DISPLACED towards the right, even if it is only a millimetre or so, hook the springs into the spring cradle using a small crochet hook. Do not flex the springs any more than you have to to do this.
Now carefully return the keys to their correct locations between the posts as you thread the pivot rod through. Do not move them to the left past the posts, not even a fraction of a millimetre.
All this is so that none of the restored tension is lost by flexing the springs past their elastic limit when they are returned to the spring cradles.
(Edited correction: "...bend the springs" instead of "...bend the keys". Thanks, Vytas, for pointing out the error.)

Unless you have the proper tools and skills for this you are better to get a repairer to do it, and a general service as well. It is not hugely expensive, unless pads etc. need replacing. If the RH springs have softened then it is likely that others need tensioning also.

I take it you mean bend the springs? Of course!

On most clarinets it is rather difficult to get too much tension in these two. On most clarinets the spring is working very close to its elastic limit, hence the routine described above to get sufficient tension.
If there is too much tension in one of these two springs, it can be very easily relieved by grabbing the spring near the cradle with a very small crochet hook, and pulling it about a millimetre to 'the left'- very easy to overdo!
