 My Buffet Mouthpiece

On close inspection, I found some numbers on my Buffet Mouthpiece. Can someone enlighten to me as to what they mean?

116 probably means a tip opening of 1.16mm, or appx .046".
440 probably means the pitch (440 cycles per second), which is the standard for American groups. European groups use a higher number (sharper).
I have no idea whether the other numbers have any meaning.

Could the first number be a facing length of 16.5 mm? Seems to fit . . .
