I was browsing wwbw tonight and just noticed it there. Did it just come out? I know there was some sort of review/preview thread(s) a long time ago, but I was wondering if I missed that big red ribbon being cut from the Buffet Tosca?
Looks like Buffet has a new "Top of the line" instrument that is more expensive than the Elite. can't wait till we have some reviews flowing in here and a bunch of new Buffet Artists using it!

Alexi, according to the Buffet price list, Tosca is less expensive than Elite. I don't have here the price list, I'll copy tomorrow.

I wrote about the clarinet after trying it at midwest. I didn't like it but perhaps with some reed adjustments I would have liked it better. I bet that the R-13 will stay the consistent choice of most people.

I'm sure R-13 will too. It's too popular as it is now, it's good for the cost/value as far as pro level instruments go. And it's rep preceeds it.

"I bet that the R-13 will stay the consistent choice of most people"... in the USA. Most Buffet players in Europe prefer RC or Festival.

The Tosca will probably be liked more in Europe since it seems to be bright like the RC and Festival, or at least play a little more like them than the R13 or R13 Prestige.
