If the Bb Clarinetist is adept at trasposing from concert pitch, many violin and cello duets may be good. Or, if the trombonist can transpose from Eb saxophone parts (much easier than it sounds), duets for Bb and Eb pitch instruments (Bb clarinet and alto sax, or alto and tenor sax) can be used.

Transposing need not be an issue for the trombonist. Trombonists do not only play from bass clef. Brass-band trombonists normally play from parts written in treble clef to sound a major ninth lower. (Like most bass clarinet parts.) Orchestral trombonists are used to seeing parts written in tenor clef for the higher notes, which amounts to the same thing give or take two flats. (In the same way that bari sax and bass clef are the same thing, give or take three flats.)
So any duet with two treble clef parts can be used, and the clarinet will sound a tone lower than written and the trombone a major ninth lower.
Another possibility is to look for trumpet and trombone duets: the trumpet has exactly the same transposition as the clarinet.
However, I suggest that balance might be a big problem. Are you sure you can make yourself heard against a trombone?

Thank you so much for the advice! Balance could be a problem I suppose, however, I'm a pretty loud clarinet..not sure if that's usually a good or bad thing, however, in this situation I think it might be helpful. Thanks!
