 Concerto II & Opus II

What, precisely, is the difference between Concerto II and Opus II? Do they have the same bore dimensions of the originals, or is it new? Metal tenon rings? The website doesn't actually state what the bore dimentions are of the Opus II, but it does of the Concerto II.

Opus II and concerto II are accoustical twins. Just like before. The major difference from what I can tell from the marketing brochures and research on various websites is a new feel to the keys (ergonomics) supposedly more comfortable. The opus II was based on the opus, and it only boasts new revolutionary keywork in collaboration with Larry Combs (doesn't mention change in bore.) Actually it mentions that it "offers the same rich, expressive tone and ease of play as the original Opus model, but with the added advantage of a revolutionary key-work design." (taken from wwbw description).

The concerto II is supposed to have the same sound as the Concerto (leading to the belief of no real change in bore) but once again better keywork. "This remarkable clarinet offers the same rich, expressive tone and ease of play as the original Concerto model, but with the added advantage of a revolutionary key-work design."(also from wwbw.)

Conclusion, I'm led to believe that accoustically and dimension-wise they have not changed, but cosmetically and ergonomically, they have.

I realise the Concerto I has two metal tenon rings while the Concerto II has only one at the top. Wonder why they reduced the no. of rings used in the new model.

Actually, my Concerto has the two, but most others I have seen have the one at the top only. Maybe we're just lucky icecoke?
