 Schindler's List Theme, clarinet?
Author: justwannaplay

I'm sorry, I don't know the soundtrack, but is there a lot of clarinet in it? (on doing a search one message mentioned a clarinettist who played on the soundtrack, I think). I only know the main theme, which is played a zillion times on ClassicFM (commercial station in UK), and upon hearing it yesterday I thought it would sound very good on the clarinet — a nice solo piece. What do you experts think? Has anyone already done this?

I believe the main clarinetist was the famous Klezmer player, Giora Feidman.

You can buy the music for violin. For clarinet, you'd have to transpose and I think it has some double stops (chords) you'd have to cut but nothing too difficult. Itzhak Perlman played the violin part.
