As you are fairly new around here, Alyra, you evidently have not seen any of the earlier threads on Amati Clarinets. I have one; I think it's fine. Several others would echo my comment. However, not everyone agrees, which is to be expected.
If you click on the search line above your post and search for Amati, you will find a great deal of discussion from earlier posts.

Alyra...A JMcAulay suggested, there have been a number of excellent threads about Amati clarinets.
A search with JMcAulay Amati, or (my initials) GBK Amati will give you much to read.

I own one Amati wood Bb. In my opinion it's a good deal for someone who wants a new wood horn that is very well made but doesn't want to(or can't) pay the price of the popular horns.
