 When you play Beethoven Symphony 7...

In my orchestra, i will play beethoven sympony 7..but...
I'm troubling because of clarinet solo in 2.allegretto....

in A cla : G-- E C E E D D C......(sol---mi do mi mi ...)

I don't know where to cut to breath...in record...I can't find any cut place..but I can't play without cut to breath...(my english is bad....^^)

please recommend about anything....

If the tempo is not extremely slow you should be able to play the first 16 bars (the first phrase) in one complete breath ...GBK

I think that you will find many places to take a small breath when the other instruments are playing. Once the 2nd clarinet enters you will notice places where he has a moving line and you can breathe and noone will notice. When the flute enters the same kind of opportunities arise.
