Can anyone supply me with information on these old wooden clarinets Made by J.Gras of Lille .I can find no serial numbers or any other reference anywhere.
They have both been fully reconditioned with cork pads and work very well.I wonder what their value could also be.
I also have a fully reconditioned C Buffet clarient c.1929.Are these of any use or value to anyone?
Thanks

Nearly all of the J. Gras clarinets I've seen on eBay over the past few years have been Albert-system ---- I suspect the manufacturer became defunct right about the time most companies were transitioning to Boehm-system instruments.

Thanks for your reply. Both of these clarinets are in fact Bohem system which makes them all the more appealing?
I beleive the company went out of business around 1914.any info on that.
