The "Big 4" take it on the chin often on the BB but now and again a note of thanks for what they do that is good should be mentioned.

Sean Osborne, a Selmer Artist, gave a master class and recital for the Atlanta Clarinet Association. In conjunction with our scholarship contest for high school and college players he gave an afternoon long one-on-one lesson for first come, first served high school and college players that was superb. There was no sales promotion but just great playing and teaching. His evening recital was excellent!

I guess because of this masterclass tour Selmer seems to have put together with Sean Osborn, my school [New World School of the Arts] 's clarinet section had a masterclass with him last Monday. It was educational I thought, and I can tell some of the other 8 clarinetists at my school benefited from it as well.

Thank you Mr. Osborn for sharing your wealth of knowledge....
