My clarinet teacher is moving and she's giving me some of her old students. I've never taught clarinet before and was searching for some tips. Please help!

Duets prepared in advance, will be the high point for most players.
Break the session into three parts;
Warm up with some scale exercise (I study out of Hamelin)
Etudes to demonstrate facility (Hite makes a great text)
Duet with the teacher for fun

Get PAID - best to set your rates high, so the kids have incentive to perform

To SB's mix, add some solo work at the end of the lesson (a bonus if you can accompany your student on piano). Always be working on solos.

SB's point about tuition is very true for experienced teachers with a reputation. The rates teachers charge are partially based on what they know they can charge based on their education and experience. Around here the younger teachers tend to charge a bit less. You don't want to sell yourself short, though. Find out what the typical range is for your area and go from there.
On a more musical note, I think it is great to encourage students to play with others and to share their music with others. My students truly enjoy it when we get together in small ensembles. They also feel good when we take our music to the retirement home a couple of times a year.
How long have the students you will be getting typically been playing? Are they young?
