 Sherwood Classic Clarinet

Has anyone ever heard of a Sherwood Classic Bb Clarinet? I purchased one recently and have no idea who the manufacturer is or what category this clarinet would fall into.

I think (but may be mistaken) that Sherwoods were Boosey & Hawkes clarinets re-branded for the Canadian market. Is it wood, with metal caps on all the tenons?
