Any Clarinet Repairs Suggestions in AZ?
Author: Maldran

Since i will be wanting to restore this Leblanc Symphonie 3, I would like to find someone that can do a full rehaul on it and return it to me good as new. I dont want to just go to some random music store to get this done, would like to find someone that someone here has worked with. If anyone has any suggestions in the area, please let me know!

I would recommend John Butler in Texas. His web site is at:

Yes, John B, also David S, "my" McGuires in Tulsa, "my" Larsons in OKC, Wichita Band in KS. If money is plentiful, Tom Ridenour and the Brannens and many others, look in our BB classifieds. Skilled Help IS available. Don

You don't say where you are in Arizona, but I know of a great repair tech in Phoenix. Her name is Kristin. She's overhauled a couple clarinets for me and a number of other minor repairs and she is good. Also not very expensive. She works at a place called Quick's music. Here's the phone number. (602) 263- 8769. If you want....e-mail me any questions.

Awesome John. Yes, I live in Phoenix up off of I-17 and Cactus. I will give her a call Tommorow to find out a time table and pricing etc. I was really wanting to find someone that had used another person in the city, thanks a million John. I didnt want to take my Clarinet to some shop that has some half rate guy fixing trumpets and then toss a clarinet in and he "does his best". Thanks again, these boards are awesome!!!!!!
