Evette Schaeffer Buffet& Crampon Anc Mon & Cei Brevetis s.g.d.g. Passage du Gd Cerf Paris 7048.I Have been trying for about 9 days on various sax sites to get specific info and history on this sax .I don't know if people are holding back because I plan to sell it as soon as I gt a better description on it but I'm hopeing some one here can help me.

I don't believe anyone is 'holding back' information, Eugene; I believe you're not likely to find many people who have any. Let me also be the first one here to tell you I don't know a thing about it and I'd be quite surprised if the Manufacturer knows anything about it today. It appears to me to be a very old sax, possibly a rare collector type horn.
If you could post some pix of the whole instrument, several angles of close ups of the keywork, I'd be happy to consult with some very knowledgeable sax repairers in my area. I'm sure others would be willing to help also. So, why would anyone be against you for wanting to sell your horn? Personally, I hope you get a very good price for it.

I have Buffet #15842 bari, built in 1904. I believe that I got that date from the Boosey and Hawkes website.

It is almost definitely nineteenth century. Collectors stuff only. I know of a couple very similar here in Australia sadly in bad condition, the soldered tone holes have fallen off the body. A bit of info on the keywork would be handy. Most of these examples only go to high Eb and some only down to low B. At a pinch, from what I can see in the photos, I think you are looking at somewhere around the 1870 to 1890 range.
