I seem to have a problem with nice and clean staccatto when
plaing in the upper register. It comes with a little "overblow"
(I don't know how to describe it). Anyway it's not clean.
Is it the reed problem?, emboucher?
I dont' think it's a mouthpiece because I tried different ones
and still can't get it right.
The lower register is OK.
Thanks for any advice.

Try raising the back of your tongue as if imitating a cats hiss as you play. This helps focus and accelorate the air stream to the tip of your mpc/reed and should help sound enunciation.
Also, here's an old excercise that may be of some help. Tongue four staccato quarter notes on C6 (above staff, two lines). Then, tongue four more C6s, without the register key open (should sound the same). Then, without taking a breath, continue tonguing fours (w/o register key) on B, A, G, F, E, D, all the way down a C scale to C5--which you may not be able to do. But, try to go a low as you can without the lower register sounding. This will force you to develop the breath support and air stream focus neccessary for a more clean articulation in that "pesky" upper register.

It might be the reed, I guess. Have you tried different reeds? (brands and strengths). And I was told that touching the very tip of the reed with the tip of your tongue works best.

There is the possibility that you are moving your jaw a tiny bit when you tongue. The jaw needs to be absolutely still and only the tongue is to move. Many people who THINK they are moving just the tongue actually have some jaw movement and this causes all kinds of problems the higher you go.
