Try angling the clarinet a little more up and down. I don't know what your angle is now, but make it more vertical (if you can do it comfortably)

A few hours of practice should rejuvenate your embouchure. Long tones are boring, but they do help. However, practice a few--perhaps a C scale (maybe eight slow counts per note with cresendo and diminuendo) up or down (both ways if you feel the urge)--and then go to your regular lesson book. One thing you might try is to have a friend grab the barrel of your instrument and gently (very) wiggle it while you play a long note. This will encourage your embouchure to resist the wiggle and give a more firm "bite" (support) to the reed. You should immediantely notice your pitch being more in tune and an improvement in your tone quality.
Above all, in all of your playing, just try to have a lot of fun and sound the best that you can. Good luck in your seventh grade journey.

Don't forget your tongue position! Its extremely important in avoiding that flatness and getting a good sound.
Say the work "key" or hiss like a cat. Notice that your tongue is high in your mouth and touches your upper teeth in the back. This is where is should be all the time.
If you can follow all these good tips and not fall out of your chair from concentrating so hard, you'll have a good start!
Best wishes,
Ray

You can try using a stronger reed. i am using 3 half but considering to moving to number 4 reeds. i use vandoren reeds. Stronger reeds produce a richer tone and also last longer. Also, you can try putting your reeds higher. when i use number 3 reeds, i often place the reed very high. The reeds often overshort the mouthpiece by quite a bit, and i prefer the tone produced.
