Does anyone have/know/ or know where I can find metronome/tempo markings for Bartok's Concerto for Orchestra with Five Movements?

Bartok calculated his metronome marks mathematically, based on the "Golden Section," and they and the timings are extremely precise. Any copy of the score will have them. Try your orchestra library at Williams, or, if you're playing it, look at the conductor's score.

Best regards.

You'll find these also in the Boosey and Hawkes mini score - which is still in print.
