Hello all,
I hadn't seen anyone post anything about his passing on Monday.
Loved my first Leblanc (30 years ago), my younger sister swore by her Vito sax in the 80s.
Hopefully he be kindly remembered.

I'm a returning player after several years and have bought a used LeBlanc Dynamic 2 years ago (My first). I've been very impressed with the craftsmanship and the quailty and have thoroughly loved playing again. I am saddened by the passing of the person who has made this possible. Reading the above mentioned website, he really was a man who made a difference with his life.

TKS, Mark, for the link. Just want to record that several more of us responded to the first "Vito" thread, remarking on his success in developing the American LeBlanc to prominence. I also cherish my early LeB's which show his leadership AND inventive talent which is continuing in our Big Four. Don

I have had occasion recently doing research for another project to read some of Vito's patents and I am impressed with the innovation and far-sighted ideas from this man. He will be missed by the whole music community. It is hard working leaders like this that we need more of today with new ideas and techniques to bring our instruments into the 21st. Century.
