 Tchaikovsky 4 Edition?

Kalmus has a German and Russian edition of Tchaikovsky 4 in their online catalogue. Is one version perferred over the other?

Brian -

Kalmus simply reprints older editions, without changes. The Dover editions reprint the same material, on better paper and at a lower price. I'd go for that.
