i just moved to montreal. does anyone know of any good private teachers? I h aven't played in a while and i'm getting rusty.
I was a performance major at Ithaca College for 2 years before i decided to switch to business...so any recommendations?

I don't know if the clarinetists in the Orchestre Symphonique du Montreal teach, but they are incredible players.............

The clarinetists in the MSO all teach.
Bob Crowley, Alain Desgagne and Mike Dumouchel all teach at McGill
Andre Moisan teaches at universite de Montreal.
I am sure at least one of them will have time to give you private lessons or recommend somebody good who can.
You can probably get their coordinates through the music department at those schools

Shops:
There are three respectable woodwind shops with qualified technicians:
Musique Twigg
Musique Arduini
Pascal Veraquin
They can also recommend teachers.
