 Tenon Corks

In General what is the standard size of Tenon corks that are put on Buffet Clarinets thanx

Technicians just cut a strip from a cork sheet, carefully measured to match the width of the tenon groove. No actual measuring involved; just a transfer (using calipers) of the tenon groove width to the cork.

I doubt there is much of a standard, even for a given manufacturer, for tenon groove width.

It is our favourite job and is right up there with sax neck corks. Hours of mind numbing fun. We just measure specifically for each replacement and quite a lot are to replace DIY efforts.
