In the Celebrated Method for the Clarinet, Revised and Enlarged by Simeon Bellison and published by Carl Fisher; can somebody out there please tell me where part 1 ends and part 2 begins? Or, is it Book I and Book II?
Thanks

Part 1 is about 120 pages. Part 2 then begins at about that point...GBK

GBK;
Thanks. Somehow I got the impression that there were 3 parts. This makes more sense now.

is this what is sometimes referred to as the Lazarus? I might very well be mistaken, if it is - I have it in three volumes.

Richard,
I have the book. The last page of part 1 is 120. Part 2 table of contents is on page 121 and the part continues to page 293.

Mark

Mark;
That is exactly what I have and is what GBK described in his post. It's the "Big Orange Book". Thanks. My confusion was in believing that book 1 was two books conbined in the 'revision-expansion' process.
Diz;
There is a "Klose-Lazarus Method for Clarinet" by Whistler; published by Rubank that comes in 3 volumes. I beleive this is what you have. Maybe somebody out there can give us a comparison between the two??
Thanks all!
