Ebay R13?

Hey there im just browsin again and i stumbled upon this horn at the top of the second page (wont be there for long) the listing is "Buffet wooden b flat clarinet with case" do yall think that this is an R13 due to the lover logo on the bottom joint above the bell its kinda trashed but i suppose you could fix it up

I've found two listings with that title. The clarinet in a Leblanc case is an R-13. I'm not sure about the other (can't see the logo clearly)

The seller lives in Seabrook where my father-in-law lives. I've contacted the seller about inspecting the clarinet. We'll see.
