I'm looking for a copy of "Views of the Blues", by Gordon Lewin. It is a great Jazz duet for two clarinets that I played through with another clarinetist at a workshop. I've tried to buy it online, but it's out of print. Any suggestions about where to acquire it?

Look it up at one of the libraries (Juilliard online, for instance) and get the publisher's name. If you contact the publisher, they may have copies pushed to the back of a dusty shelf somewhere.
Another possibility is to contact a music store like Eble and see if they can hunt it down for you. If there is a new copy to be had, they could find it.
You also might be able to borrow it from the ICA lending library (http://www.clarinet.org/TheLibrary/index.htm).
Good luck.

I know this is an old post...."Views of the Blues" is a wonderful set of 3 jazz pieces.....I finally got a copy by ordering it from Boosey & Hawkes...and waited 4 months until it was printed in their custom print shop...but it was worth the wait
