 clarinet j. gras lille?

As i am interested in clarinets a friend gave me a clarinet he had. The instrument has no numbers or markings on it ecept for the bel wiche bears a logo with the name J. GRAS LILLE on it. I don't think the bell belongs to this instrument originally.
The body is made in one piece. It is a Bb instrument. And it has an extra key wich allows it to play down to the low Eb.

Has anyone information on such instruments with a body in one piece and a range down to low Eb. And on the instrumentmaker?
