The only recording I know of is David Shifrin's with the University of Michigan Wind Ensemble on LP -- University of Michigan School of Music Recordings SM0009. Probably long out-of-print but you could try contacting the U of M School of Music or Mr. Shifrin or used record stores. I don't know of a CD but that doesn't mean there isn't/wasn't one. At least you have a place to start.
