To all those in Australia (or those who know):
Where will I find the largest stock of clarinets (Buffet and LeBlanc - Preferrably LeBlanc) to try and buy, in Australia?
Thanks in advance!

I was really pleased with the clarinets(both Buffets, I'm not sure about their Leblanc selection, though) that I purchased through Brassn'woodwind. I really enjoyed buying from them. Hope this helps.

Sax and Woodwind have a fine selection and will order ones in if required (Annandale just off Parramatta Road). There's also a big shop in Chatswood - sorry can't remember its name ... Mark Pinner might remember. Sorry these are Sydney stores only.

That's OK diz, I'm inetersted in hearing about interstate places because I'm also considering going interstate for a weekend if it means having more clarinets to choose from.

Paul Barby, Melbourne (very nice people, easy to deal with, good prices)
Brass n Woodwind, Melbourne (see above for comments, also great techs on sight)
Musicorp, Melbourne (very commercial, but also carry a great range, $$$ are kept to a minimum)
Sax and Woodwind, Sydney (bought a mouthpiece from them a year or two back, great blokes who know thier stuff with a great range)
For Winds, brisbane (I think sell horns, they were at the conference last year and seemed to be pretty competitive)
Grevilea, Brisbane (sell reeds and horns I think, also have a pretty extensive reange of instruments)
They are the ones I use and know of, hope that helps
