basic finale program

The disk I stored music on will not read some how got erased .Question can I scan the printed music and reload into finale so it can be restored

Eugene: here is what the Finale 2003 help file says. Scanned music is not a great way to get the files back and will require a lot of editing, but if that is the only way, then that is what you are stuck with. Any chance of finding a good computer person who might be able to make the disk workable again?Good Luck!

New info I just realized the disk is MS_DOS FORMATTED WAS THIS MY PROBLEM
